#T9FitFest is coming to @TitleNine: Find that perfect bra. GIVEAWAY

Notice: This is a sponsored post. Title Nine is providing me with the opportunity to try their FITFest Program and do the giveaway.

Can I share a confession?

It is almost impossible for me to find a bra I like for running. I find a couple here and there, and then they are10957399_10153352372886948_332945864703825429_n either too expensive, or they change the way they are made, and I do not like them anymore.

And to be honest, my bra size is akward, and hard to fit.

Title Nine is offering a chance for ladies to put their new bra to the test before walking out of the store with them with their new FitFest events, coming to all 23 locations of Title Nine.

They shared with me the following.

As any female athlete knows (or should know!), the most important foundation for any workout is a bra designed specifically for each lady’s unique body type, size and activity. Review/Giveaway! #AthleteInspired Bracelet

Note: The bracelet and giveaway was brought to me by Tomoson. No other compensation was provided.

I love bracelets. Its one of the few pieces of jewelry other then my class ring that I feel comfortable wearing wearing. When I found out about these bracelets, I was curious.

With another marathon on the horizon. Chaos happening everywhere around me, I decided to order the 26.2 one to unnamedremind me what I am capable of if I put my mind to it.

The first thing I noticed about it was the fit. I have a smaller, almost kids size wrist (the other bracelet I am wearing here is a stretch kid size bracelet.) and it fits amazingly. It does not feel like it is too tight (my constant complaint about wearing a watch). It secures with a snap which makes it hard for it to fall off like traditional bracelets.

The bracelet itself is high quality. There is a soft leather which makes it not so sweaty, nothing is glued in, its all drilled in leather. Its been in the shower with me twice (manly because I forgot I was wearing it) and its stands up to the water of the shower.

What I like though, is the way the company looks at things. These are supposed to be a symbol of inspiration, determination and achievement. The bracelet is affordable at 25.00 and will be that constant reminder of what you are capable of.

I get to give one of your choice away. See the widget below for details and hurry!

Review: Foam Roller Hapiness (through the pain)

Note: I received this foam roller through a partnership at Tomson. No other compensation was provided. Opinions are that of my own.

I don’t like foam rolling.

I know it is good for me.

But I do not like the pain.

I have about worn out my foam roller so when the opportunity came up to review one, I was curious.

They refer to it as a Trigger Point Therapy Massage. This gives you both small little fingers and solid sides so you are able to control the pressure you put on certain locations. For me, my hip flexors are my problem spot, so I can roll them out with a lot more intensity then I would my shins which will never take to the process. I also started to figure out how to use a foam roller with the wall to help massage some of the pain and tension out of my back. The dual textures is huge to what makes this thing work as well as it does.

Another feature is its really light weight and portable. Unlike my old one which was bulky (it was just all foam) this one is very light and is actually hollow in the center so if I want to stash a towel inside it or something

else, I can take it with me without it taking up much room in my bag. This actually might be able to come with my to SF.

I think the size also allows you to work with more areas of your body. My old one was so heavy and bulky, it was only really good for the lower body. I have been able to use this on almost every part of my body and thanks to the dual textures I can use it on my feet which is a plus for someone who looses her lacrosse ball a lot.

For those who need guidance as to what they are doing, it comes with links to Youtube videos that walk you through any body part and how to best use the tool to your advantage.

For someone who is looking for a good all purpose foam roller, this is the best. This was actually less expensive then my old bulky one and so much more useful. Though it still causes me pain, I wish I would of found this one earlier and I might of been more loyal to foam rolling.

Race-Kred: The Medal for your Shoe Review and Giveaway

Note: Tomoson Reviews offered a partnership with this product. I received one free and one to give away of the product. As always, all reviews are my own opinion. No other compensation or commitment was provided.

No secret.

I love bling.

Even with life reducing my race schedule a bit, bling keeps me motivated. Bling gets me out there, and going on those days when I am just not feeling it.

When I was approached by Race-Kred about their product, I was immediately excited about it. I am working on training WP_20150313_001for The SF Marathon and for me having that reminder of what I am working for just a glance at my shoe away in some crazy way has been motivating for me to see. I have ran five so it is a wonderful reminder to me that I can do this, I can get through the training. On top of that it has always made me smile.

What can I say? It is just a good reminder of what I have done and what I am shooting for.

They offer a charm for any distance. And for you trail runners out there they offer trail charms. They also have charms for you multi-sport athletes.

I like how heavy duty they feel. I have seen a few of these on the market that strike me as flimsy hence why its something I have never gotten into myself convinced into purchasing them.

The one huge draw back with them is if you look at my shoe, because my shoe has that huge thing on top of the laces the amount of places I could put my charm are limited unless I wanted to tie it in using the small shoe lace they sent me. I just have no luck with trying to do things like that. I have lost more timing chips then I care to admit or confess to that have been tied into my shoes.

The price here is a huge draw. Each charm is only $8.99 which makes it defiantly in my mind an affordable option to get yourself a small motivational treat during training or getting yourself a small reward after a race. And for someone who hates blowing her budget, these make perfect sense.

I am going to defiantly start making these a tradition for races. You can also do custom charms. (Maybe a Seattle one on the horizon, I don’t know.)
